Here at Peac, we'd like you to feel confident and secure about shopping with us, and we'd like to provide as much information that's relevant to you as a customer as we can. How long will it take to deliver my product?

As many of our products are created by prominent European designers, and customised products are manufactured on order, the usual delivery time is between 4-6 weeks of placing an order. However, with some products, such as our best seller, the Lchair, we are able to offer an express service meaning you will receive your order in only a few days. We specify delivery times for each product throughout the site to ensure that you receive your order when you expect it.

What is Peac's Privacy Promise?

Peac is a registered Data Controller, and handles information in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We, at Peac, will not sell or distribute your information to any parties other than those required to deliver your products. We will never share any personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. Whilst on our website, we collect certain non personally identifiable information about visitors viewing habits in order to further improve our website and provide a better experience to customers.
